Several Tips for You to Beautify Your Skin in Winter

As we known, because of the cold and dry weather, our skin had become very dry and rough in winter; without no doubt, it is a desperately big problem which had perplexed many girls who were concerned about their looks!

So here, I want to give the girls some useful tips to make your skin better in this bad weather. Hoping they will be helpful.

Firstly, you should make sure that you have got enough sleeping every day. This is also the most important point. So your skin will be clearer and brighter if you get enough sleeping, or your skin will lose the luster.

Secondly, you should eat more fruit and vegetable to supplement the moisture and vitamin of your skin. Because moisture and vitamin are the indispensable nutrition to skin, while there are abundant of water and vitamin in the fruit and vegetable.

Thirdly, you should often eat fish and bean to supplement the protein. Because that there are abundant of protein in the fish and bean which are the necessary nutrient to skin, too.

Fourthly, you should take a short rest when you had been with the computer for more than one hour. Because the computer, which is radioactive, is an evil for girls’ skin, we have to let the skin relax for a moment to reduce the damage which the computer brings us.

Fifthly, you should often drink cool boiled water in winter. We have to drink more water in winter, and we should drink more boiled water. That is because its effect of supplementing water is much better than the hot.

Sixthly, you should put a little vinegar in the water when you use the water to wash your face and body. Do not suspect it! Vinegar is an absolutely wonderful and magic thing for people to make the skin whiter and whiter, and more and more tender.

Seventhly, you should use the rice roll to massage your face two or three times a week. Put the rice roll on your face and move it, then the rice roll will absorb the dirt in your face and then smooth away your wrinkles.

Eighthly, you should keep yourselves in good mood every day. Because good mood will make you have a great spirit every day and help you look like more beautiful.

Ninthly, you should take exercise as much as you can. Because a healthy person is always looking better than others, so is the skin.
