For those who wear glasses, it’s better to wear spectacles rather than contact lens in winter. And it is also very important to choose a pair of suitable reading glassed.

Second, create a wet environment for yourself. Your eyes will feel much relaxed when the air humidity in your living condition is increased. There are some simple ways to increase humidity, for example, putting a bottle of water under the air conditioner or using a humidifier.

Last but not least, take as much Vitamin A as possible. It is widely known as the necessity for eye protection. Chrysanthemum contains very rich Vitamin A and has long been used in Chinese medicine to treat eye diseases. Studies have shown that coffee and tea will accelerate the vaporization of the moisture inside body which leads to eye dry, while chrysanthemum is good for reduce eye strain.
