Most people think of coloured hair of which damaged hair.
However, damaged hair can be hair that has been coloured, dried out, mistreated via the use of hot irons.
If your hair is looking less than its best, it could be damaged. At which point, your best bet is to immediately start using shampoos and conditioners for damaged hair, pay a trip to the hairdressers for a deep treatment and maybe a cut, and try to go easy on the hair dryer / irons.
